How we do it.

1.  After initial client meeting, client will receive a drafted proposal of estimated hourly fees and figures.  Client must
    sign proposal as a contract to engage services.

2.  Concept sketches will be done in scale with orthographic front and side views. 

3.  Approved concept sketches will be developed into AutoCAD line drawings and released in a PDF format electronically via email to the client.   The client will sign off on all drawings for approval (DFA's)  and returned to K. Charm Design before any further work can be done. K. Charm Design will not held liable for delays resulting in client's failure to respond in a timely manner. 

4.  A deposit will be required before the inception of each phase equal to half the estimated hourly rate for each     phase.  To continue the development cycle requires a full payment of each completed phase.   

5. Client will sign form stating that they had full disclosure of all policies prior to manufacturing.

6.  Upon completion of a product, client must pay balance in full before product will be released. 

7. Client must arrange pick-up and delivery.  K. Charm does not arrange final shipments.   

8. K. Charm Design will not be held liable for damages during delivery. 

9. WARRANTY:  K. Charm Design will take responsibility for craftsmanship issues (i.e. finish peeling, flaking, wood splitting, etc.) up to five years after completion date. Any orders completed prior to five years will be handled on a discretionary basis.
